Job Description:
- The Senior Accounting Officer will be responsible to support the Treasury functions through effective management of the back office operations.
Job Requirements:
- The L&D Digitalization Project Manager will be responsible to develop appropriate strategies for implementing instructional technologies across the business’ learning initiatives
- while utilizing accepted instructional theories & principles; as well as integrating strategies that will enhance the learning experience and optimize costs.
- Manage instructional design projects from inception to completion.
- Responsible to lead the development of instructional strategies, course materials, assessment techniques, appropriate integration of instructional technologies, and best practices across Almarai divisions.
- Design and produce learning materials in a variety of formats including print, graphics, audio, video, animation, and multimedia to support learning and technology business requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal abilities with the ability to communicate and work with personnel from a wide verity of professional disciplines and nationalities.
- Ability to work as a member of a team.
- Highly proficient with MS Excel.
- Initiative and ability to work under pressure to handle sizable volume of activities.
- Built in confidence of completing the assigned tasks.
- Reliable and hardworking, self motivator with drive to improve.
- Assertive, methodical, tactful and cooperative personality.
- Well organised and capable of operating to tight deadlines.
- Strong computer skills.
Qualification & Experience:
- Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:
- Bachelor degree in accounting from a recognised university.
- Knowledge of accounting and finance.
- Expert in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
