Job Description:

• To structure and close transactions for real estate entities and on board new relationships in order to meet the pre-set financial / non-financial KPIs.
• Responsible to achieve budgeted revenues while providing effective solutions to Bank’s existing clients and prospects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to perform as a Team member.
• Recognize early warning signals and closely monitor the real estate industry and the overall landscape.
• Keep abreast of the real estate market trends and conduct industry analysis on a periodic basis.
• Proactively solicit, negotiate, underwrite and coordinate booking of real estate loans.
• Identify and maintain a relationship with a network of industry professionals such as surveyors, solicitors, etc.
• Structure deals to balance risk and return.
• Recognize early warning signals and closely monitor the real estate industry and the overall landscape.
• Keep abreast of the real estate market trends and conduct industry analysis on a periodic basis.
• Maintain close working relationship with clients to ensure in-depth understanding of business to reduce risks and maximize earnings.

Qualification & Experience:

• Ability to independently structure financing requirements whilst keeping in mind organizational lending policies is important.
• Candidate must have an in-depth understanding of the real estate (RE) market and financing product suite.
• Knowledge of related legal infrastructure including the Escrow laws is a plus.
• The individual must understand the risks associated with RE lending especially during various stages of RE Development.
• Experience in managing RE clients, primarily in Dubai is a must.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills with ability to perform as a team player.
• An MBA is preferred with minimum marketing experience of 8 – 10 years.
